Stop The Asheville Takeover

It's no wonder that the ravenous Asheville City Council wants to scarf up and tax heavily forever the families of Biltmore Lake and other Buncombe County areas through forced annexation into the City:

Without stealing our money, how else will Asheville be able to pay off the massive bonds needed to fund its latest pie-in-the-sky boondoggle, a palatial new concert hall it wants to build next door to the failing, already-decaying concert hall that it built downtown barely 30 years ago?

If Asheville falls into the same concert-hall cost-overrun pit that recently trapped Los Angeles, Miami and Dallas, the REAL price of the mega structure in Asheville will not be the promised "mere" $82 million + interest--but could soar 300% (as happened in Dallas), to $328 million + interest (more than $5,000 per Asheville resident)!
