NOTICE-North Carolina is now a topless state according to Frank Kracher, WLOS-TV. He reported that tonight while covering the rally protesting going topless in front of minors as stated in the NC General Statutes.
I can see signs at the borders of the state proclaiming Women remove your blouse and bra, show your breasts.
Imagine the next Bell Chere and we will have a Naked Feast from the waist up. Is that what Biltmore, Chamber of Commerce, business people, Ralph Sexton and Biltmore Baptist, and just average citizens want for Asheville.

the above was put up on the "scrutiny hooligans" web site and discovered by Citizens Speak at 12:00 noon and a link send to several media outlets. At 12:00 midnight is was down and several others had addressed this distasteful so called joke by the City Council person Gordon Smith.
You must decide if it is a joke or just typical "so called progressive slamming". I thank members of the Tea Party group for also addressing this action.

Please look at or review the questions asked by the Mayor of Gordon and the staff. She questioned whether Charlotte had implemented the same sex partner benefits as she did not find that in data provided to her. The answer was it was adopted but would not be implemented for at least one year.
I have always said this was a case of special conditions for a special class of people and not equal rights.
Now here are some questions that the council must consider.
1. Will it offer the same insurance package to a heterosexual couple living together?
